Your details, in plain words.

What this site collects when you send a request or look around, and why.

The request forms

When you ask for a quote, samples, technical information or a call, the form sends us what you fill in:

  • Your name, company, role, email and phone number
  • For a quote: the industry, the part, the quantity, whether you have a drawing or a sample, the colour and any grade needs
  • For facade samples: the project’s name, stage, panel system, joint width and length, colour, and any notes
  • A postal address for samples, if you give one
  • When suits you for a call
  • The page you sent the form from

David uses these details only to reply to you: to quote, send samples, talk through the part or the joint, and keep a record of the request so he knows what you discussed. Drawings you email to [email protected] are kept for the same purpose. Fields marked optional can be left blank. To stop spam, the form also checks how quickly it was filled in and how many requests come from one connection.

Counting visits

We count visits with Umami, an open source analytics tool that runs on our own server, not an advertising network. It sets no cookies and doesn’t identify you. It records the pages visited, the site that linked here, the browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language and approximate location (country, region and city), and clicks on buttons such as Get a quote and Request samples.

When a form is sent, it records only that it was sent, the kind of request, the role chosen and, for a quote, the industry. Your name, contact details and anything else you type are never sent to it.
