Silicone grades, in plain words.
Everything we extrude is silicone. The grade is chosen for the job: general purpose, food-contact or high-heat, in the colour you need. Ask us for the grade details for your application.
The grades
Four questions, one material.
Tell us what the part does and where it lives. The grade follows from that.

General purpose
For most gaskets and seals. Silicone stays flexible across a wide temperature range and resists UV and weathering, which suits seals on equipment that lives outdoors or in a plant room.

Food-contact
Food-contact silicone grades are available, for parts that touch food, such as seals in commercial cooking equipment. Ask us for the grade details for your application.

High-heat
High-heat silicone grades are available, for parts that sit near heat, such as oven door gaskets. Ask us for the grade details for your application.

Colours
Silicone can be made in many colours. Tell us the colour you need, or send a sample, and David will tell you what’s possible.
