What do you need to quote a custom extrusion?
A drawing with the main dimensions, or a sample of the part you want matched. Tell us what it seals against, any grade needs, the colour and roughly how many you need. Get a quote, then email drawings to [email protected].
Can you work from a sample instead of a drawing?
Yes. Tell us on the quote form that you have a physical sample, and David will be in touch about getting it to us.
Do you have food-contact and high-heat grades?
Yes, food-contact and high-heat silicone grades are available. Ask us for the grade details for your application. About our grades.

Silicone. Every profile we make is extruded from silicone in our own factory in Brookvale, NSW.
